Kimberly Boara Alexander is an associate at Teplitsky, Colson and is a member of Mr. Colson’s litigation practice group. Ms. Alexander was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. She obtained her law degree from the University of Toronto in 2000.

Ms. Alexander's practice encompasses a wide range of commercial and employment litigation, in which she acts for both plaintiffs and defendants. She has acted as counsel on injunctions, motions and at trial.

Ms. Alexander has appeared in the Ontario Superior and Provincial Courts, has participated in matters before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal and has appeared before administrative tribunals. Additionally, she has represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums including at mediation and in preparation for an arbitration.

Ms. Alexander has been with Teplitsky, Colson since January, 2005. Before joining Teplitsky, Colson she practiced litigation at the Department of Justice and with one of Canada’s largest law firms.

In 2008 Ms. Alexander served as an instructor for the Skills and Professional Responsibility Program offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada, teaching lawyer candidates in preparation for their admission to the profession.
